George Beebe, vice president and director of studies at the Center for the National Interest, will speak about Russia and cyber manipulation. Beebe holds a B.A. in political science from Principia College and an M.A. in foreign affairs from the University of Virginia. He speaks Russian and German. His areas of expertise include cyber security, arms control, conflict resolution, analytic methodology, Russia/Eurasia, and European security.
