  • Sit in on "International Security: Policies, Challenges and Opportunities," a presentation by Professor and SIA Director Scott Gartner, a scholar of international affairs whose research focuses on national and international security, counter-terrorism, cyber security, international conflict mediation, and policy assessment. Professor Gartner and his research have appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post, Wired, USA Today, Newsweek, and The Atlantic and on The History Network, MSNBC, NPR, and ABC.

The MIA is our standard, two-year master's program. The JD/MIA is a joint degree program between the School of International Affairs and Penn State Law. The IUG is for Penn State undergraduate students who are interested in pursuing a bachelor's and master's simultaneously.
